NBP Accuracy Test

To perform an NBP accuracy test, follow the steps below:
1 Enter service mode
2 From the Service Mode main menu, select NBP.
3 Display the NBP Services screen. You may hear a soft high-pitched tone, which is normal NBP pump operation.
4 Connect the NBP test kit to the DFM100
5 Squeeze the manometer pump and apply a pressure of 150mmHg.
6 Observe the pressure displayed on the screen and record this result as X1. The value should be 150mmHg ± 3mmHg.
7 Squeeze the manometer pump and apply a pressure of 250mmHg.
8 Observe the pressure displayed on the screen and record this result as X2. The value should be 250mmHg ± 3mmHg.
9 Press Stop Test to stop the test.
10 If the difference between the pressure gauge and the displayed value is greater than 3 mmHg, replace the NBP module.
11 If the results are as described, the device passed the accuracy test. Press the Main Service soft key to return to the service mode main menu.
