Brief Description

The Philips M3015A module is suitable for monitors and can be used for adults, children and newborns. Used in conjunction with the Philips Multi-Measurement Module or the IntelliVue X2, the device is compactly designed for easy use in hospital settings, for clinical users in and out of the hospital, and when transporting patients. It provides low sampling flow and real-time waveforms and values for CO2 measurement, records and stores patient data in real time, and can be used by both intubated and non-intubated patients. When using the M3015A, all signals are converted to digital data and processed before being sent to a monitor where they can be clearly displayed on the display for easy viewing by healthcare professionals.

Function

It is a high performance sidestream CO2 that provides low sampling flow and real-time waveforms and values for CO2 measurements. It can be flexibly used for humidified or non-humidified ventilation and CO2 measurement with or without supplemental O2 delivery. When used at the bedside, the extension with MMS can be connected to an M3 or M4 patient monitor. Data can be stored at the same time when all patients are not in the same space, so as to achieve the purpose of isolating patients and improving patient safety. It is so powerful that it can store up to 8 hours of calibration and measurement settings, patient information and patient data when used in transit.

 

Warning

The Philips M3015A CO2 expansion module cannot be used alone, it must be connected to a MMS, X2, MP2, MMX or X3 device to work properly. Before starting to take measurements on a patient, the following operations must be ensured to be successful:
