The MPXM2051GST1 Temperature Compensated Pressure Sensor is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor that provides a highly accurate linear voltage output proportional to the applied pressure. The sensor is different from ordinary sensors in that it is a monolithic silicon diaphragm with strain gauges and thin-film resistor networks integrated on-chip inside it. It is a very high-tech sensor product. And the chip of the sensor is laser trimmed, with strain gauges and thin-film resistor networks integrated on-chip. And it is compatible with NIBP modules of Philips, GE and Goldway, it is a very practical and high-precision sensor.
