SurePower II battery icon LED display.
1. This is a run time indicator showing the estimated time the SurePower II battery (Zoll part number 08000-0580-01, Euro Energy part number 02292) has been used in the defibrillator.
2. When you momentarily press and release the display button on the SurePower II battery pack, the LEDs above these icons will illuminate for approximately 10 seconds to indicate estimated battery life.
3. If the battery is fully charged, the LEDs on the five runtime indicator icons will light up. As the battery discharges, the number of lit LEDs decreases.
4. When the SurePower II battery is running low, pressing the display button will turn on the LEDs from left to right to show the battery life. For example, if four LEDs are lit, the battery can power the defibrillator/monitor for at least 3 hours (displays 3:00); if three LEDs are lit, the battery can power the defibrillator/monitor for at least 2 hours (2:00 is displayed) and so on.
5. When you press the display button on a battery that is installed and is supplying power to the defibrillator/monitor, the run time indicator shows the battery run time for that particular device.
6. If a SurePower II rechargeable battery is not installed in a ZOLL defibrillator/monitor, the runtime indicator will show how long the battery will last at the device's rated discharge rate.
7. NOTE. If the leftmost runtime indicator LED blinks, the defibrillator will turn off shortly after the battery has less than fifteen minutes of charge left. Charge the battery as soon as possible.
