Brief Description

M-asimo LNCS YI SpO2 Multisite Reusable Sensor is used for continuous non-invasive monitoring of arterial hemoglobin functional oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate (measured by SpO2 sensor). The monitoring object is wider than some other sensors, and it can be used for adults, children, infants, and even neonatal patients. And patients with adequate or hypoperfusion in hospitals, healthcare facilities, ambulatory settings, and home healthcare settings. However, it is forbidden for patients who have an allergic reaction to urethane foam products or adhesive plasters, otherwise it will have a major impact and even threaten the life and health of the patient.

Installation Instructions

When connecting the sensor to a patient, medical staff should choose a site that can completely cover the detection window of the sensor and ensure that there is no other residue at the detection site. For the selection of patient monitoring sites, the site that restricts the patient's activities the least should be selected. For neonatal patients 1-3 kg, the preferred site should be under the fourth toe on the outside of the foot, or under the fourth finger on the outside of the palm; for infants 3-10 kg, the preferred site should be the foot Below the fifth toe on the outside, or below the fifth finger on the outside of the palm. For some babies with enlarged or swollen feet, it is recommended to choose the big toe or thumb. For adults > 30 kg and children 10-50 kg, the preferred site is the middle or ring finger of the non-dominant hand. There is also the option of a big toe or a second toe.
