The Defibrillators Test Plug is for use with the XL+ Monitor / Defibrillators. Its main function is for XL+ Monitor / Defibrillators operation inspection, weekly discharge test and engineers to judge whether the equipment is faulty. It is different from the previous 50 ohm test plug, it is more portable and compact, and easy to carry and collect. It also works on a very simple principle, the test plug creates an electrical "short" and the test load applies an impedance at the end of the therapy cable. So, similarly successful weekly shock test results will be displayed differently on the device. But it only works with XL+ Monitor / Defibrillators, not suitable for use with MRx or XL.

The Defibrillators Test Plug is a reusable device. Unlike some devices that can only be used once and must be discarded after use.
