M Series Defibrillator Printer Paper Sensor Board 9300-0305 9301-0305 1001-0131 - Sometimes, a "CHECK RECORDER" problem may occur during the printing process, which generally means that the paper tray is empty, paper is jammed, or the recorder door is open The solution is to replace the paper sensor board, system interconnect board, and/or system board.

Removing the Printer/Recorder Motor
1. Remove the tray, pull out and press up on the locking tab on the rear of the tray.
2. Remove the front panel assembly.
3. Remove the upper housing assembly.
4. Remove the system board.
5. Remove the battery interconnect board.
6. Remove the high voltage module assembly.
7. Remove the sensor, printhead, and motor cables.
8. Remove the system interconnect board.

Removing the Print Head Assembly
1: Unscrew the two screws on the paper tray guide, and then remove the paper tray guide.
2: Disconnect the ribbon cable from the printhead.
3: Remove the pivot pin for reuse.
